Terms
The simple agreement between us.
These terms apply when you use Sambaram to create and publish a digital wedding invitation. By signing in, you agree to them.

01What you get
One payment unlocks one invitation: the preview mark is removed, it is published at its own sambaram.in/wedding address, and it stays live and editable for the plan you choose — 12 months for ₹ 2,999, or "Lifetime" for ₹ 4,999, meaning for as long as Sambaram operates the service.
Browsing, trying invitations with your names, building and previewing are free.
02Your content
You own everything you add. You give Sambaram permission to store it and display it at your invitation’s address for as long as the invitation is live.
You confirm you have the right to use the photographs, names and music you add, and that the people shown are happy to appear. The invitation credits music to its original artists and sources.
Don’t use Sambaram for anything unlawful, misleading or hurtful. We may take down an invitation that does.
03Your address
You choose your invitation’s address before paying. It cannot be changed after publishing. Addresses are first come, first served, and we may reclaim ones that impersonate others or are offensive.
04Payments and refunds
If a payment fails, nothing is charged and your invitation stays as it was — you can try again straight away.
Because the invitation is fully visible, with a watermark, before you pay, payment is not refundable once your invitation is published. The one exception: if Sambaram fails to deliver — payment is taken but publishing fails, or you are charged twice — we refund it in full. Full detail on the Refund & Cancellation page.
05Taking an invitation down
You can take an invitation offline at any time and restore it later; remaining hosting time is not refunded. You can also delete it permanently, which cannot be undone.
06Availability
We work hard to keep every invitation available, but can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected invitation.
